MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

WHEREAS, ___________________________________________________________ and Schuyler Central High School District No. 123 of Colfax County, Nebraska shall enter in an agreement to produce and broadcast:

Option 1. 10 30-second commercial advertisements. The cost will be $275.00.

Option 2. 1 30-second commercial advertisement. The cost will be $50.00

For Option 1 a $50.00 deposit will be made at the signing of this document and the remainder will be paid by September 1, of 200__. For Option 2 a $15.00 deposit will be made at the signing of this document and the remainder will be paid by September 1, of 200__. The commercials will be broadcasted during the fall and winter season by the staff of Channel 99 and Warrior Vision during the pre-game, half time, between games and post game. The staff of Channel 99 and Warrior Vision will determine the time of the broadcast. The staff of Channel 99 and Warrior Vision will develop the advertisement with information provided by the party purchasing the above-mentioned advertisement. The purchasing party will approve this advertisement before it is broadcast.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED that Schuyler Central High School, Channel 99 and Warrior Vision shall have the exclusive use and all rights to the above mentioned advertisement. This advertisement cannot be used or duplicated by any other party without the expressed written permission of a representive of Schuyler Central High School, Channel 99 and Warrior Vision
